  • We centralised care functions for 11 countries and four languages into a single hub in 45 days. 

  • Not only did we immediately improve all customer care metrics, we also delivered a 13% uplift in package value through our inbound cross-sell program.

Certn

Fulfillment outsourcing to deliver a 75% cost reduction

  • Certn are a pre-employment and tenancy screening business backed by some of the world's largest venture capital firms.

  • Whilst the Certn product automates most elements of the background screening process, there are some components which require human intervention.

  • Outsourcing isn't just about finding low cost labour. It's about taking complex processes and breaking them down into micro-processes, each with their own set of success criteria. This is how we were able to guarantee high productivity along with cost reduction for Certn.

  • In addition to fulfillment outsourcing, we also manage customer service queues for Certn.

  • In addition to handling sales for Luxico, we also operate the concierge service. Need a personal trainer at your place at 6am? No problem. Wake you up with a croissant and some fresh OJ?
