We don't sell seats. We sell outcomes. We do that by focusing on two core principles

People first. We want to stimulate the economy in sub-saharan Africa, and we want to create jobs. But not just any jobs. Meaningful employment with training and career pathways. Employment which pays at least double the minimum wage so that our people can proudly build careers at Catch and provide dignified livelihoods for their families.

We've been on the other side of this conversation. Telco, media, tech, hospitality - Catch is led by people who have run companies at multiple life stages in multiple industries. Outsourcing can often seem complex. At its core, it is about disaggregating complex processes into 'micro-processes' each with their own set of success criteria, and then executing at scale. We've honed this skill on both the buy and sell -side of the outsourcing decision.
